Things are falling apart literally for one Eastern European country. It is now the fastest-growing pandemic rate in the world a title held with another small European country which comes in a close second. It would not be so bad if not a mere months ago it was being hailed as a model for the control of the pandemic. Things are so bad that the prime minister had to apologise to his people repeatedly in a speech today. This sorry state by his own admission was because he failed to foresee nor could imagine would happen. The countries population is now under the grips of a pandemic that is ravaging them. He in his speech reintroduced the wearing of masks and lockdowns wich the local business people can ill afford.
What the country has to go through next and what it may require to sacrifice is is up for sheer speculation.
